BLS Cape Town Branch

Was told I would get a refund and have not got anything or confirmation of when it will be processed since February below is all I got:

"Please note I have confirmed again today that the refund is still process, I can not advise at the moment when the process will be complete."

This is after 4 emails and going to the branch twice in last 2 months
