DISGUSTED SERVICES & ROTTEN EGGS - BLOUKRUIN

I am very disgusted and dissapointed in BLOUKRUIN POULTRY EGGS! I will NEVER buy any of their products and do not recommend anyone to purchace their eggs. I bought a tray of 30 eggs on the the 20 November 2024. When I start using the eggs I noticed some was rotten, as opened more of the eggs, more then half was rotten. I contacted Bloukruin to inform them about their product, they took my details and the batch number and promised to get back to me within the next few days. Today I contacted them again as no one from their complaints department contacted me. The lady who anserwd the phone was arueing with me while I was talking, first asked if I can send them pics (of the rotten eggs) I have been keeping in my fridge as proof, then she argued with me I must take it up with the shop where I bought it from, seriously? Is this how they deal with customer complaints and their rotten eggs(products) DISGUSTED!
