I made a booking for my children (3 persons) via wapp in November 2024 from Stellenbosch to Grootbrak River and back, I paid R2700 into Johan's bank account. About 2 days before the travelling, we got messages that Johan passed away from Jaco Chris *** and the services will not take place. I whatsapp, phone and send emails but without respons.
