ALWAYS Late

I have been making use of Bloukraan bussie for more than a year. I wont ever be making use of them again However. Since I started using them they were NOT ONCE on time. the earliest they ever were, was 45minutes late. once I stood 2 full hours waiting at the busstop oh and it was storming rain outside. so prepare to put time out for long waiting periods. Not once have They Appologised infact it seems okay to give service like this and then expecting clients to still pay full price . I wanted today to meet them 45minutes later than the pickup time at the busstop since they never were earlier than this before and no unfortunately they cant help me then. But when I stand at the busstop waiting 45minutes without anyone letting me know they will be late unless I call them myself. then it is fine. so yes You lost one of your biggest customers and YES I will make sure everyone knows. I decided to keep quiet for a while now because I liked the people but now I decided if this is how you treat regular customers that after **** service keep on making use of you. then this is goodbye
