Very dissapointed

I booked a place with blouberg holiday rentals for Dec,so exited to arrive at our destination only to find that our DSTV was not working.We reported it to them straight away but they said the technistion would be here on Sat morning to attend to the problem but only arrived at 1pm and said they cant fix it today only on Monday.We phoned blouberg holiday rentals again to ask please can they not make a plan as we have 2 small kids witch realy are bored and we want to watch the rugby 7's too but to no avail!Now we sit and wait till monday to see if they are going to sort out this problem.I just feel that i paid for something witch i am not getting and what a way to spoil one's holiday.
