Horrible!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! I paid R1000 breakage deposit they accused me of breaking something which was already broken when we got their!! Charged me R50 for that, I was upset but I knew arguing with them will bring me nowhere. I now just really want the remainder of my money refunded. Which they say they've done, but no money has been refunded to to. I checked out twenty four days ago!!!!!! They are not responding to my emails at all. I'm furious.
