Holiday Unit Sea Crest A002

We booked a holiday unit through the above Holiday letting company. We paid a high rate but the unit that was advertised was very upmarket and we did not mind the high rate. When we arrived at the flat it was dirty and the lounge and kitchen was covered with ants. We had to buy insect ****ers to spray the ants and we ended up cleaning the flat before we moved in. They advertised the unit with full DSTV and it was not working at all . We called Blouberg Holiday accommodation and one of the agents came to have a look. He could not assist and promised a technician will come out the next day to fix the problem. The technician never arrived!! We called again but nothing happened. We ended up having no TV for our entire stay. Bothe bathroom had such a bad smell from the drains in the shower that we ended up showering at Virgin Active gym. We could not use the bathrooms at all.The day we checked out I insisted to speak to a manager. A lady with the name of Jackie came to speak to me. I told her the whole story and she promised to give me feedback on all our complaints. To date no one phone or tried to contact me. This experience with the flat ruined our whole holiday in Cape Town. We had guests from New Zealand with us and I was embarresed to make them sleep in this flat.

The service and the condition of this flat was horrible and I wont recommend this company and unit to anyone
