Highly unsatisfied

So, me and my newly wed husband booked our weekend away at the waves 4 in Bloubergstrand. We were here before with friends. The ad said, Queen size bed, it was a double bed, the ad said braai facilities, no braai facilities, we had to go buy our own braai. The freezer was frozen solid, with old ice in the bottom drawer, only drawer that I could open. Shower had mould in it, wasn't cleaned at all. ****roaches running around in the kitchen. Would really not reccomend the stay although the view was great. What we got for our list of complaints, was a SORRY, we'll speak to the owner.
