Cheap Chinese dresses instead of beautiful cotton dresses from Cape Town as advertised

I thought it would be safe to order two dresses from a boutique in Cape Town. It would not cost much to return them via Pudo. Blouberg Boutique is no where near Cape Town. They are in China. I tried to cancel my order days after placing it but they just ignored my request, in violation of their terms and conditions. Eventually a courier called Buffalo delivered my two dresses. It took about 10 frustrating phone calls to them as they had incorrect telephone and address details for me. The dresses are not the same quality, material or design as those I ordered. One is so tiny and the other so huge. They are not what I ordered. It will cost me close to R2000 to return them to China and I don't trust the address they supply as I cannot find any information as to whether this is a legit business or address. They advertise stunning dresses; make most of them "sold out" and just one or two available. They obviously have copied a few styles using inferior fabric. I paid over R2000 for both. They are not worth more than R100 each. Their other online stores are called Capetown-Modalily, Elegance-Cape Town, Nova, Serena Belle, Sienna Cape Town, Cape Flair, etc. They are using Cape Town and surrounds in their names to trick people into believing they are buying beautiful locally made pure cotton dresses. Instead these are cheap disgusting impersonations using revolting, inferior, cheap synthetic fabric. They should be banned from advertising on Facebook and other social media platforms.
