Blouberg Boutique is a total ****

If I could give zero stars for this I would. I ordered 2 x dresses (not cheap at all) when they arrived they were totally different to the pictures. The pictures were v-neck cotton wrap dresses and what came was made of something like a swimsuit material in a round neck shape with no wrap at all. I emailed for a return only to find out that I need to pay to send this back to China myself even though they lead you to believe they are based in Blouberg. Your other option other than sending this all the way back to China and never knowing if you'll see your money is to get a 15% refund, if you are unhappy. I kept getting the same generic email from someone / bot called Maria telling me the same thing over and over - and basically you can just write your money off at this shop.
