Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician - Unprofessional

Prior to my sons consult, I was asked to send through all specialist reports in order for the pediatrician to best prepare for the consultation. I was charged R2500 and the pediatrician admitted to not reading 1 report in preparation for the consult. - Appointment was on the 15/09 - I emailed all info requested at the consult on the 26/09 - Blood results were sent me on the 12/10 (after requesting the results repeatedly) and then not all the results were sent. Dr's room received them the 16/09 - I requested the results that were omitted from the email on the 16/10. NO RESPONSE - On the 16/10 I requested for an investigation to be done on raised levels. NO RESPONSE!!! - I requested his medication to be reviewed on the 16/10 (which was said would be done when info was - which was sent on the 26/09). NO RESPONSE!!! I had to make an appointment with another Dr to get medication for my child who needs it on a daily basis. - Specialist the****** called to make an appointment with Pediatrician regarding my son. NO RESPONSE and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL BACK (to date) - Omitted results sent 05/12 (after I had to get the laboratory to request the results on my behalf because no one would contact me back)

And to top my experience off, I get the following emailed to me with the omitted results: "FYI: I have been courteous in allowing emailed responses and feedback. my peers and colleagues insist that there is a follow up ,billable consultation for review and feedback of all investigations."

Blossoming Kidz has acted unprofessionally. This has been an absolute waste of my time and money. I have received no valuable input regarding my son and his condition.
