I'm disappointed

I am very disappointed with the principal from blossom primary private school in kempton park is treating us i had a financial problem last year in August 2022 and i explained to her she knows i was in a problem further more , when school close in December i ask her to send my child's report she said i must pay R2400 then she will send my child's report i then told her i have no money now but when i do get money in January i will pay you she still said she cant help me she needs the R2400 rands then she will send my child's report then school open on the 11 of January 2023 she said my child must nit come to school until i pay the R 2400 then she can come back to school from then my child is still at home and she in grade 3 she already mis out on so much school work, yesterday i told her i will take my child of the school and put her in another school because she has to go to school please can you send me her December report she refuse to send it please i need help i need her to send me my child's report the law say a school may not withold a report card for any reason this includes outstanding school fees please i need help Thank you Letisha naidoo
