Non delivery after payment - Blossom clothing

My daughter ordered couch covers for us and paid for this in the beginning of the year. First Elaine, owner of Blossom clothing used Lockdown, then the Post office, then China as excuses. She cut my daughter off from Communication, then me, then my other daughter and, till today, she refuses to communicate to us or to reimburse us. They are situated in Salt Rock , North coast. No reaction to w app or mails and she does not answer her phone.
