Order from Bloomex if you want your Engagement Party to be RUINED!

I had done extensive research on a flower company due to their delivery. I urgently needed flowers for my engagement party. I made a note and instructed that they needed to arrive before 4pm yesterday, 13 February 2023 as my event was at 7pm last night. I placed the order on the 11 February 2023.

I did a follow up in the morning and had been advised that no specific indication of time could be given. I waited up until 5pm. I then called the customer service toll number numerous times and eventually got ahold of them. The very rude lady showed no compassion at all for me or tried to remediate or expedite the process for me. She advised the flowers would arrive by 9pm last night.

My event ensued without flowers…now, I adore flowers and they brighten up a room. I waited all evening expecting to receive the flowers- and nothing.

I eventually at 10pm I sent an email requesting a refund because Bloomex did not have the decency to send me an email despite my instruction nor had the courtesy of advising me that there was a delay. Not that I would not receive any flowers. I could have got a temporary solution.

I placed the order 3 days in advance, what was meant to a really happy occasion- really upset me. I received an email this morning that they could not do anything about it NOR WILL THEY DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

My engagement party is over- a once in a life time experience. A company such as Bloomex should be understanding. Yet, they show no compassion. Just a bunch of ******* who won’t return my money. What am I meant to do with flowers which are apparently arriving today????????????

Am I meant to think about the occasion again. I have gotten better experience with other suppliers. I would never ever recommend Bloomex. Unless you want to ruin your day, especially a day that is meant to mark such a special occasion.

No flowers for my bouquet. Disgusting, pathetic and non-compassionate company!

I would never suggest to anyone to order from them again. Thankfully my 50 guests all are aware not to ever give this company service again.
