Don't use Bloomex.com.au!

My friends had their first Christmas in Australia and I wanted to make their experience a little more special. I ordered a snack hamper and bottle of wine from bloomex.com.au for delivery to them in Sydney. The hamper cost me a fortune with the exchange rate, but I thought it would be worth it. My friend let me know that the snacks were stale and inedible. Upon querying this with bloomex, they simply responded that the quality was up to standard - sorry. Don't use this business, it was a very disappointing experience!
