Bloom Properties Unprofessionalism

My experience with Bloom Properties was disappointing due to poor communication. I made an agreement with their agent regarding a property and was not informed when the property became unavailable. This lack of communication could have caused me unnecessary expenses and inconvenience if I had traveled to view the property without knowing its status.

To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, my message was ignored. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their service.
