Pathetic Customer Service at Bloom Medical Insurance

The WORST customer service from Khayakazi Phikwa, Keroshan Govender and their supervisor Nivashni Singh. Unauthorised debit order from my bank account, then refuse to refund my money. Making up stories time and time. When you call, they also don't come to the phone. I wish I could give them -100 stars for their pathetic service. No apology for their terrible service. Khayakazi Phikwa is even worse.
