Claims challenge and resistance

After 3 years of never having to claim, the need to put Blooms to the test has happened and you have failed dismally. A medical emergency has become a mental nightmare, with the for authorizations being debated and now non payment of claims….you need a bank statement and a receipt! Absolutely shocking and non helpful service!
