Bad service

Good day this medical insurance consultants didn't do their qoutes properly, as I didn't ask for medical insurance, I need a proper medical aid,as I explained it to the consultant, this is now three months later with numerous e mails to cancel anything/everything and they keep on sending dept ordesr through my account witch I didn't authorize
