Bad service

I am not happy with your service at all 1st you never debit on the date agreed on In December I got an sms stating that on which date I would like to be debited on I clearly stated on the 20th as we get paid early and y’all didn’t debit I called your customer care line in the 30th of Jan had to call them twice as they said they’ll call be back finally an agent calls and I wasn’t a happy customer and I asked them to cancel my contract as I can’t afford it anymore and am told I need to serve a 30 day notice whereby my services have already been cancelled but I was debited in January I still agreed to the 30 days notice and the agent muted me and I still haven’t received any notice of cancellation!!!!!!!!
