Yesterday and this morning I was assisted by a lady by the name of Zama from Bloom Financial Services, she is from the Billings Department. However she went out of her way to assist me with issues I am encountering concerning bloom. She called numerous times to provide me with the update and assure me that she is still working on getting further details. Absolutely amazing service from this agent. I have not had such service from most people in this company for a very long time. I have had difficulties with Bloom Financial Services where they do not pay some of the services, leaving behind huge amounts wherein I have to cover the shortfall. Aside from issues related to the company, I would like to give kudos to Zama, you are absolutely amazing and please keep up the amazing work!!!
