Yadhir was very helpful on the phone. Said he would give me call back after our first chat to see if I had received the information I asked for. Within 5 minutes gave me a call back to check. At this point I had forgotten to check the information. His call back helped, then the call dropped before he could finish explaining, but he then called me back in matter of seconds. Then our conversation continued. Very cautious on the phone, very patient and keep smiling and laughing at my jokes and may I say my kinds think I am terrible at telling jokes so it made me feel good when he laughed at my jokes.
