Gooday Peter my is Hillary Stockholm from Rustenburg, in the monthof October consultant call me for to join a medical insurance for momentum, they're from bloom financial services. Today's after i took out the policy i cancel it. On the 2nd of December i release that they have debate the premie. I called them several of times. One lady named Siyanda confirm that i did cancel it. It now 2 weeks and i haven't received my refund. Yesterday i ask to speak to a supervisor but the lady tels me that they are not available but she insured me that she will look in to the matter and call me back before the and of the day. Now i am very concern. So please help me with this matter.
