Unhappy customer

I’m only giving them a 5 star review so it gets pushed to the top. I’m not happy with the service of this medical aid. I’ve been requesting help with receiving medication as over the counter medication and receiving a prescription from hello doctor has been such a mission. I have still not gotten any response or assistance from them. I tried to cancel and was told they’re going to fix their communication channel however I’m still experiencing issues with receiving any response from them.
