Good day. After having a bad experience at the Glynwood Hospital in Benoni I've decided to cancel my membership with Bloom. This young lady LUSANDA BASE called me and asked me why I want to cancel and she immediately called the relevant people and told me that the hosp was at fault. They would have paid the claim if the hosp would just care enough to call them. I'm really impressed with her service and would like to thank her for assisting me in such a profesional manner.
