Shezi helped me to downgrade my medical aid as I wanted to cancel my memebership
Shezi helped me to downgrade my medical aid as I wanted to cancel my memebership. My concerns were heard and his supervisor was equally as patient. Hence I was willing to downgrade instead of canceling
