Very professional, friendly and knowledgable staff members. From start to finish the process was extremely easy. Unfortunately had to cancel this medical insurance. But definitely not due to bad service Even though I cancelled, the staff still remained friendly. Something which a lot of companies lack.

Lusanda Base delivered superb service. Even gave options to see whether we could stay with the company. She is definitely an asset to the company. Well done
