Rude Caller
Rude caller. I genuinely wanted to find out what medical aid plans I qualify for as I haven't had medical aid before, but she was sighing through the whole process. I decided halfway that nah I'm good. I would rather ask another company than for someone to try to ruin my day for no reason when I was very polite, mind you.
