Positive interaction with Brandon

I'd like to take this time to thank Brandon for the excellent services he provided to us over past week. Brandon has gone out of his way to assist us with our policy claim.

I remember sending him an email while in hospital last Friday and not knowing if he would see the email and respond on time. He responded within few minutes of receiving the email and provided the necessary advice.

When ever I required clarity on whatever that was required, Brandon was always available to respond to my email and to call me several times a day when it was necessary.

Throughout my interactions with Brendon, I never got a sense that he was getting annoyed or tired of helping us with everything. Brandon is such a consummate professional. He's very patient to deal with whatever that needs to be sorted. I don't think that I've accurately and fairly captured my positive and excellent interactions with Brsndon. He's excellent and patient people like him are rare. Thank you Brandon. 😊
