Please give Anneline a reward on my behalf, I needed an urgent cancellation on my policy due to unforeseen circumstances, she handled everything professionally, considerate and diligently so, she met her SLA as promised during the call.. it's very rare to still find people like Anneline in South Africa, who goes an extra mile for their clients.. please reward her with an incentive beyond her expectations
