Pace Car Rental did not meet me at the airport as promised
Pace Car Rental did not meet me at the airport as promised. I had to wait for 45 minutes for the car to arrive. I was late for my meeting as a result of this delay. When the car arrived, the boot was dirty and the car had a big dent on the boot. It was involved in an accident clearly. Why does Pace Car Rental charge us R400 for a weekend drop off? They must not take bookings if they are not willing to work hours that are convenient for travelers. I might have to reconsider using Pace Car Rental again
