No one is answering calls or emails when there is a need to cancel

I am so ****ed I have requested a cancelation on my membership due to being on unpaid maternity leave I have called, sent multiple emails and no one has answered or gotten back to me. The first day I was on a call with a consultant named Zama and she tried to get me to stay and the more I told her I can't she tried. She told me she was going to get my cancelation started and dropped the phone. Since then no one has been answering calls or emails or confirming if my cancelation is done. They are so unprofessional and I am very disappointed
