My name Mrs S A Ntshangase, I was enquiring why is E R Consulting not paid. This was not the first time I call but was given a run around progress I was not happy. I called again and my call was picked up by a very wonderful, helpful, patient lady Stephanie. I'm a pensioner and I took time to understand the reason why my bill was not paid she did not lose her temper. In short I would like Management to hug her for me she is doing a good job, she saved the company one client with her attitude, may the Almighty give you strength and protect you in your job well done Stephanie🙏🏼🙏🏼
