My experience with this facility was one of pleasure especially with my Consultant Ralph Joseph. He has been incredibly helpful and so willing to assist, considering that he just had a loss in his immediate family. Also I did walk into the offices at Bloom(04/05/26), that too was a good experience. Ralph was unavailable due to the death in family but his Team Leader Prabashnie was extremely helpful. She aided us until Ralph got back. Thank you Ralph and the rest of the team.
