I had a lovely interaction with Thando and she has helped me remove myself from the cover I already had with my daughter because I could no longer afford to have myself on it. Although it wasn’t done in one day she kept in touch reassuring me that she is still waiting for feedback from the company and she will call once she has it. Indeed she called me to confirm that the changes were done. She’s the sweetest and knows what she’s doing. She really provided great customer services. Great Job!❤️
