Incredibl experience spaking to Stephanie. Stephanie went really out of her way every time to assist me with any queries I might have. I've even been offered a tax-benefit as a value-added service to assist me with my tax submissions. Sadly, after 2 attempts trying to call them to assist me with my current year's submission, no one has contacted me back yet after 2 weeks. This is the only time I can say that I haven't received the service as expected. But other than that, my overall experience with Bloom has been incredible. The Momentum Health4Me Gold option is also an awesome package to have. Would recommend it to any youth of today between 20-30 years of age who can not afford a medical aid like myself. Thanks, Bloom.
