Ignored by bloom #

It all started of well when they sign you up as a new member. Once you signed up you get ignored and they don't reply to emails or call, I moved over from a closed scheme and was advised there with be no waiting period for me by Senzo Jwara the administrator. After signing up and all went through i was told waiting period applies to me. No reason was given, I raised the concern and was referred to a lady by the name of Stephanie. she called me and advised she will look into the matter and cant also understand why the waiting period with apply. She rep**** on email a few days later after me following up on feedback, with a screen shot of the difference between a closed scheme and a open scheme, I rep**** immediately, how is this resolving or answering my concern about the waiting period. To date no reply. I followed up several times still no reply. I contacted Senzo on email again for assistance got ignored also no reply to date. The worst scheme I have dealt with.
