I was super stressed about my authorisation for my medication being declined but I was told not to worry because there is a large backlog of people
I was super stressed about my authorisation for my medication being declined but I was told not to worry because there is a large backlog of people. But Stephanie De Grille made sure that I was helped immediately because she could empathise on how stressed about the situation. This was on a Friday and on the following Monday I was told that I'll get my medication in the next coming days (Tuesday or Wednesday). Really love the work that these guys do, great customer service all round.
