I was assisted by Keroshan Govender today

I was assisted by Keroshan Govender today. After weeks of going back and forth trying to get assistance, I finally got a call from Keroshan. He acknowledged that it wasn’t acceptable that I’m only being assisted three weeks later and apologised profusely. I actually appreciated it a lot, even though I wasn’t expecting it. Not only did he assist me with everything, he made sure to explain and answer my questions in a way that wasn’t confusing. He was extremely friendly and made sure I undertood everything every step of the way. He gave me one of the best customer service ever! Thank you again, Keroshan Govender.
