I received exceptional service from Stephanie De Grille
I received exceptional service from Stephanie De Grille. I needed assistance with changing my dependents surname and she was willing to assist, she asked me to send the Birth certificate with the new surname. She said I'll receive a new card and documents with 5-7 working days.
