I never have any problems with getting assistance from Bloom. the service is always exceptional. Yesterday, I was assisted by Yadhir who promised to call be back the next day once my policies we reactivated. As true to his word Yadhir called me back in the same professional and friendly tone as he did the day before. the training at Bloom must be world class, haven't had any issues so far. keep up the good work guys.
