I just took out a cover with Bloom 5 minutes ago and had a great experience. The representative explained everything clearly — what the cover includes, the premiums, what is covered, and when the policy will start. I also appreciated knowing that I can reach out anytime if I need assistance or have questions. Thank you for the excellent service and professionalism.
