I had the pleasure of interacting with Reitumetse - we were once before on a call last year and I'm so glad she was the one to return my call this time around. This lady, I tell you; and I hope this gets to all ears at Bloom and Momentum, has been one of the most insightful assistants I've spoken to in a while. She didn't have to convince me of anything, it was her patience and kindness that had my fingers crossed when I received my second call from Bloom. A lot of employees work does go unseen and it is reviews like this that empower them to keep going. If I could speak to her the whole day and ask 100 questions about the product, she would ensure she provided feedback. I love how authentic she is and her commitment to ensuring that she gets the job done right. No communication was missed, we had filtered through every pointer that I needed to cover.
