I had the pleasure of being assisted by Khayakazi from Bloom regarding my medical insurance billing issues, and I am truly impressed with her professionalism and kindness. She was patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain my options clearly. Not only did she help me change my plan to a later date, but she also suggested other plans that suited my needs. Her friendly and helpful approach made the whole process stress-free. Excellent service!
