I found you on Google, I added my name and phone number, I got a call back immediately. Sithembile was wonderful she explained everything clearly, and she was so patient with me. I changed to bloom because I can't afford my medical aid anymore. But I'm still getting all my benefits I need. Thank you so much. From Elaine
