I found that the answers that I got from Bloom differ when I email them vs phoning them, so I'm glad I used both forms of communication. Bloom gave me easy ways to understand things. The one option that they gave me wasn't working, so I phoned them for clarity, and they explained everything to me so I could understand. So the problem that I had has been solved.
