I discovered that I was expecting a day ago. So obviously my first concern was the health care I’d be receiving throughout my pregnancy journey. After being turned down throughout the day by other healthcare providers it was refreshing to connect with my consultant at Bloom. I was instantly drawn to her friendliness and patience to answer my questions. I was treated with respect and dignity. I felt at ease knowing that my needs and my baby’s health was taken care of. Best service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Portia, you have made the start of this journey so much easier.
