I had very good service from Noluthando at Bloom financial billing department Assistance was refreshingly friendly, and I was amazed at how well she knew the product as she was in the billing and not sales department. Most companies staff is more about not giving service to their clients but I was so shocked by the fact she called me back immediately as this is not the norm in customer care. well done Noluthando - you should be promoted
