Had a great experience with Qiniso Msani. I've been a customer for a while and was thinking of cancelling my additional accidental cover part of my insurnace. I also had some unanswered questions which she helped me with immediately and sent me the information I needed. What a delightful experience! and yes... I kept the accidentally cover 😂
