Great service from Princess

Great service. I requested a callback on their website yesterday to get information and be quoted on a suitable medical insurance policy for myself and I received a call within less than 10min from Princess. She explained everything perfectly, she was friendly, patient and answered every question I had clearly. I miss having such good service, she could've just easily rushed the call to close the sale but her service was incredible. I'm very pleased to join Bloom as I was so worried that I won't get proper medical care at an affordable monthly rate as I am currently expecting. That call put my mind at so much ease, I hope to receive the same consistency whenever I interact with anyone from customer service. Kudos to you, Princess! 😃
